On August 26, 2015, Br. Wajahat Sayeed, Founder and President of Al‐Furqaan Foundation and I came to an agreement to transfer the rights to the Sajda Mat company and its products to the Al‐Furqaan Foundation. We jointly believe strongly in the product and therefore feel that under Furqaan it will get the resources and effort needed to deliver the product to our Ummah around the globe. I pray to make this effort successful and I hope you will join me in working with Furqaan to get the Sajda Mat to every Muslim around the globe.

First, I want to thank Allah (swt) for making me Muslim and allowing me to pray to him.  I also would like to thank him for expanding my mind and helping me be creative.  I started Sajda Mats for the purpose of worshiping Allah by limiting my distraction and discomfort in Salah.  There have been times when I had to pray on hard concrete making it difficult to focus in prayers due to the stress on my joints.  I came up with this idea from taking parts of my daily life and compiling them making a solution for me when I prayed.

The Sajda Company started in 2013. We are based in Bolingbrook, IL. In our first year, we’ve expanded to multiple countries and sold over 13,000 Sajda Mats. Our company is working on other creative projects for our community.
